28 August 2026 — the single ticket said €3.80, the real price is €4.10

The old price for a single Hamburg AB ticket appeared in 367 places. hvv.de lists €4.10 (child €1.50); the day ticket at €8.20 was correct. The Hamburg CARD was corrected from “from €11.90” to from €12.90.

28 August 2026 — the night U-Bahn does not run every 20 minutes everywhere

The site said “roughly every 20 minutes, on all four lines”. In the hvv timetable the U3 runs every 10 minutes, U1, U2 and U4 every 20 — and on the U1 branches to Großhansdorf and Ohlstedt the service splits to every 40 minutes. Standing on those platforms at 3 a.m. means waiting twice as long as promised.

28 August 2026 — “service until 01:00” was not accurate for any line

The last train leaves between 00:46 (U4) and 01:33 (U1), and service starts between 04:00 (U1) and 04:35 (U4). Every line now carries its own times, and every station its own per direction.

28 August 2026 — the U4 runs every 10 minutes at peak

All four lines were listed as “3–5 min”. In the timetable the U4 runs every 10 minutes between 7 and 9 a.m. at every station on its route. U1 and U3 reach 2–5 minutes on the central section, the U2 five.

28 August 2026 — step-free access was a blanket statement, not a per-station fact

Instead of “most stations are converted”, the page now carries HOCHBAHN’s figure: 89 of 93 stations are step-free, with U1, U2 and U4 complete. The four exceptions are named on their own pages — Kiekut will deliberately not be converted, Saarlandstraße is under conversion (due autumn 2026), Sierichstraße is planned and Sternschanze comes last.

28 August 2026 — cash is no longer accepted on buses inside Hamburg

The ticket page still mentioned paying cash. Inside Hamburg AB you buy on the bus with the hvv Prepaid Card; cash is only accepted in the surrounding area.

28 August 2026 — every station now has its own timetable figures

Until then all 93 station pages carried the same sentences about connections and services. They now show the first and last train per direction for Mon–Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun, the headway per time band, the bus, S-Bahn and ferry lines that actually stop there by number, and the direct ride time to Hauptbahnhof.
